Frances Evans is a registered BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®) practitioner and hypnotherapist, specialising in helping people overcome anxiety, negative habits and limiting behaviours so they can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Frances works with clients experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, low confidence, depression, addiction and issues with self-worth.

Sessions are conducted online following an initial consultation call, making support accessible wherever you are. During the call, Frances will discuss your situation and explore whether BWRT® could help.

BWRT® is a powerful and effective therapy that many clients find brings lasting relief and positive change.

“I am passionate about helping people create positive change. My approach focuses on guiding clients to understand the root of whatever issue they are facing, retracing the patterns or experiences that may have led to it, and then releasing those responses so they can move forward with greater freedom and confidence.

Through my training, experience and therapeutic approach, I work to reach the underlying cause of an issue rather than simply addressing the symptoms. From this place, real and lasting change can happen.

BWRT® is a modern therapy that offers a natural and highly effective way to help ‘rewire’ thought patterns and emotional responses. It can help with fears, phobias, anxiety, addictions, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and many other challenges.

I also use hypnotherapy as a complementary tool, helping to quickly uncover and address the deeper patterns behind a presenting problem.”

What is BWRT® and how can it help you move forward with your life?

Do you ever ask yourself this: why do I feel the way I do?

Or even: why can’t I change?

You make what feels like a conscious decision to change something in your life, like a habit or an action or a feeling that you know will make you feel more positive; you give it a go and you might have some success for a day or two, a week or even a month, and sometimes if you’re lucky, even six months or longer.

But then, without warning and no matter how hard you try, you default back to your original patterns of behaviour and feel completely stuck in the mud and unable to properly move forward…

Things like lack of sleep, poor eating habits, alcohol consumption, anxiety, stress and any number of unwanted symptoms may prevail.

Everything in your life, on many levels is going well, and yet, despite this, one or other of these symptoms simply refuses to go away, no matter how hard you try.

Sound familiar?

Sometimes it feels like a game of snakes and ladders.

And you say to yourself: Why can’t I work it out?

Well, believe it or not, your brain loves what is familiar, even if what is familiar isn’t really serving you, your health and wellbeing and your best interests.

Your brain works at incredible speed. It’s following old instructions from an earlier time in your existence, and it’s working hard to make sure that your usual decisions are dispatched before you are aware of that process.

It’s doing this before you even get a chance to have a say in what’s going on!

So, in terms of behaviour patterns, habits and actions, the same behaviour patterns re-emerge, and you are back to square one. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Let me introduce to you BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®, aka BWRT®

BWRT® is a fabulous model of psychology and psychopathology created and developed in 2011 by Terence Watts.

Terence, having read about an experiment by Benjamin Libet, discovered a way to access something we will refer to as the data gap in the brain, which when made available can be used to make significant changes.

It’s a truly fascinating concept, in which you can access the speedy part of the brain which ostensibly was designed to keep the human species alive, in order to allow you to change outdated programming in the subconscious.

I am an Advanced Member of the BWRT Institute…and I am here to help you get rid of those annoying habits and symptoms that are stopping you from moving forward with your life…
