Frances Evans is a Registered Advanced BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®) practitioner and hypnotherapist, specialising in helping people overcome anxiety, negative habits and limiting behaviours so they can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Frances works with clients experiencing debilitating anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, low confidence, depression, addiction and many other presenting issues.
Sessions are conducted online or face to face following an initial consultation call, making support accessible wherever you are. During the call, Frances will discuss your situation and explore whether BWRT® could help.
BWRT® is a powerful and effective therapy that many clients find brings lasting relief and positive change.
“I am passionate about helping people create positive change. My approach focuses on guiding clients to understand the root of whatever issues they are facing, retracing the patterns or experiences that have led to it, and then interrupting and releasing those uncomfortable internal responses so that they can move forward with greater freedom and confidence in their day to day lives.
Through my training, experience and therapeutic approach, I work to reach and deal with the underlying cause of an issue rather than simply addressing the surface symptoms. From this place, real and lasting change can happen.
BWRT® is a unique therapy that offers a natural and highly effective way to help ‘rewire’ outdated thought patterns and emotional responses. It can help with fears, phobias, anxiety, addictions, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and many other challenges.
I also use hypnotherapy as a complementary tool, helping to quickly uncover and address the deeper patterns behind a presenting problem.”
